Remony Hart has joined Kemptown Bookshop from Octavia’s Bookshop in Cirencester, a dedicated children and young adult (YA) bookshop, where she was a bookseller for seven years.
Remony is in the process of transforming the children and YA section on our lower ground floor to create the perfect reading den. She’s bought in tons of the latest books for young readers to young adults. And she’s introducing herself to local schools and nurseries to see how we can support them through author visits, book clubs, review competitions and other events.
Remony will also be introducing a Saturday morning children’s storytelling session and after-school YA book clubs from September.
